Little Madeline was brought to the medical clinic yesterday. She is 2 years old and only weighs 18 pounds. Her mother is dead and lives with her aunt, who has not been taking care of her or feeding her. After being on an IV and fluids since yesterday, she is sitting up and able to feed herself solids foods today. We are so excited...praise the Lord! This afternoon she will be taken to a clinic in Port au Prince where she will continue to be nursed back to health. Pray for Madeline's recovery, health, and future and that her family would know how important it will be for them to care for her. She's beautiful....look at those eyes! "Jesus said...."Don't be afraid; just believe and she will be healed." Luke 8:50.
