Right Under My Nose

I've spent the last few days shopping, packing & generally getting ready to return to Haiti. We're looking forward to starting school this week, so I'm packing lots of school things- uniforms, shoes, school supplies & school aids- but only the 3 of us are travelling this month so I'm limited to 6 50 lb. duffel bags. Oh well, I'll just re-pack a couple dozen more times and I'm sure I'll have it!

Another thing we've been up to is preparing for and attending the JBA leadership extravaganza. We were able to have a display of the Haiti mission so between that and the upcoming Hillcrest Mission conference, I wanted to come up with something that would reach a lot of people for Haiti. I wanted to make a collage of pictures on the computer and have it turned into a display board and I asked several people how I should go about it, but I just couldn't pull it off in time. I ended up pulling out my scrapbook stuff and cropping away, but I was satisfied with the result. Then tonight Sarah sat down at the computer for maybe 10 minutes and produced the photo album page above! I guess I was asking all the wrong people! If I could only get that kid to come in the house and sit down more often. I don't even know why I was tying to do it myself- that's what God gave us kids for- to show us computer stuff. Anyway, I have a feeling there's a photo project coming up as a school assignment very soon!
