Continuation of the Continuation of the...you get it

Well,

It's Thursday and I ended the blog early in a very apparent act of procrastination and abstract laziness...sorry.

Anywho, Wednesday ended with a Lady's Bible Study (which I was, of course, forbidden to attend) and then the Wednesday Night Bible Study Service Thing that we had at the church at the compound. It was awesome the Pastor from the other church (Pastor Mark) spoke and was of course translated by our very own translator, Herby. Very good stuff and a very good message I would put it all in but there's too much. After returning to the orphanage (a very rough 30 yard walk/jog) we turned in for a good night's rest.

But then we had to wake up...

Thusday was filled with some really cool stuff. I (david) was given the task of creating a picture slideshow full of color, music, and pictures. It took a grand total of 3 and a half hours and then after I wiped the sweat from my brow and bandaged my Carpel Tunnel ridden wrists, I then found that I couldn't send the slideshow to the people who needed it...hurray for technology...

Micah, Mark, Herby, Cheryl, and I (david) went to the make shift radio station and saw how they were praising the Lord over the airwaves! Micah and Mark gave mini-sermons and I (david) sang two songs and was a really nice experience.

But after that we were given a nice little treat...we went to a beautiful place called Wahoo
Bay...oh yeah. It was great. When we arrived you could smell the sea air and the sun was beating down on us in such a way that it didn't burn us but it felt great and strong...We made it down to the beach and it didn't take long for us to enter the water. I (david) played a King-of-the-Hill-Like game with some of the guys and Taryn and Sarah it was fun and unecessarily slippery.

But I digress...

After that we took a...canoe like raft out to a reef. A guy had to row, that's right,ROW us out there, the guy was pure muscle. We jumped out and witnessed the wonderous flora and fauna of the ocean. Eels, fish, reefs, and other amazing Crocodile Hunter like stuff came into view as we snorkled our way around. And after that we had a nice little quaint dinner near the beach...and here I sit at the computer now as we have already returned to the compound and are ready for another great sleep...

...that is, until we have to wake up again...

Au Revoir,

David
