Hungry

Wow. What a day it has been. Busy, yet very productive. It always seems to me on missions trips we can get caught up in the logistics of things, such as sorting through hordes of candy and toys for stockings, diapers, food and everything else under the sun. However, I always look for the moment when God reminds me why we go and do what we do in the first place. Three Hatian people accepted Christ today on visitation. I was awestruck and amazed, but thats how God lets us know how big He really is. These three individuals were hungry to hear what God had to say.
I am a very slow learner. Only two weeks ago I stood in a pulpit and shared how the world is hungry for truth( see Paul's debate with the men of Athens in Acts 17) and now why am I so schocked that I see this spiritual hunger before my eyes? What an honor to be able to see the seeds sown so long ago to be reaped before my eyes!
Hatian church service was amazing...looking forward to more time of praising God with brothers and sisters here.
