Prayer Needs

Earlier this week I was asked to name my top 6 prayer requests.

This is what I came up with.

1. An onsite missionary family

2. Protection for the children
Safety both physically & spiritually as they walk through these current spiritual battles we are fighting.

3. Orphanage staff- that they would love the Lord & love the children; that they would take care of these children as well as they do their own; that they would understand the special love the Lord has for orphans & widows; that they would accept authority and do their work in a Christ-honoring way.

4. That the Lord would continue to break down strongholds and more people would be saved as the gospel is proclaimed and lived out before them. Also, that Pastor Nathan would be given strength for the battle & protected in the midst of opposition and persecution, and that he would have the right words for the right time. That those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

5. Opening of a new school year
That students and staff would be able to understand & accept new kindergarten curriculum; that staff would accept their position as a calling and work for the Lord; for good teacher training times; that children would be fed physically, intellectually and most of all spiritually and would come into a saving relationship with Jesus at an early age.

6. Provision- continued provision of the money and supplies necessary for the daily operation of the school and orphanage…
and also provision of a home for an onsite missionary family
