Over a year ago, leaders had a vision for the orphanage to be run with solar power.

Yesterday, the last set of panels arrived and were in place by the evening. The panels started their journey in Miami and then were sent to Pennsylvania to be placed in a container to be shipped to Haiti...they arrived and were sent to a neighboring community for us to pick them up. In the mean time, a group of men worked for a week in February creating the "solar panel apparatus".

The circuit board was created by Mr. Larry, Papa Woosty and Mr. Ron this week and as you can see from the pictures we are up and running NOW!!! Many more children's needs can be met now with the money that we save from not buying so much diesel.

We praise God for being our most abundant resource.

We praise Him for giving us a way to convert the most abundant resource that Haiti has - THE SUN
